I am looking for a better way to develop/train goal scorers. I have a u10 girls rec team that is made up of 2 teams that didn't make challenge. They are primarily defensive position players who have not had much help from their coaches in the past. Our 2 best scorers we developed in fall made challenge for spring and we are back to square one. Any advice or suggestions?

With all the online resources out there to borrow session ideas from, what sites have you found most beneficial? I used to use http://www.finesoccer.com when all of their resources were posted w/o the subscription requirement.
