Tell us more about your coaching and/or playing experience?
I have been coaching in the US for 17 years. I coach and collaborate with Italian professional clubs in camps and I have played in Italy at a pretty decent level many years ago.
What are your development goals as a coach, player or parent?
Till the player is 16 years old should always and mostly work on thecnical, individual and basic. Often we see players that are fast and strong but with very limited technical skill been chosen over the skillful ones.
