Tell us more about your coaching and/or playing experience?
BILLY ELIAS is the founder of United Speed Clinic. He has over twenty years coaching experience in both Youth and High School Athletics in both American and European Football. He has trained athletes from pre school age through college. He has trained professional and semi professional athletes as well as given Soccer Specific S.A.Q. clinics for professional and volunteer trainers and coaches. He is also the founder of United Futbol Ministries and Academy in Chimalhuacan Mexico. He oversees a staff of twelve national trainers, writes the curriculum for the academy, and coordinates the summer clinics and matches. He is also the founder of United Speed Clinic Football Academy Summer Select Programs for U11 players up. He currently holds a National S.A.Q. Specialists License through the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association. He likewise holds an NSCAA Regional and Advanced Regional Diploma, a USYS F License, and a Level 4 Brazilian License through Instituto Brasileiro de Futebol. He and his wife Peggy reside in Lacey Township New Jersey with their five children, four girls and one boy. Billy currently coaches a U11 girls travel, and U5 boys instructional team
What are your development goals as a coach, player or parent?
Developing the Fundamentals of Speed and Agility with Young Players, progressing this into the changing body shapes and mechanics of the game.

We treat the Complete Soccer Athlete, Mental and Physical, by creating a Faster, Stronger, Smarter, and Healthier Soccer Player!

My goal is to attack every body angle necessary for development with and without the ball, from skill, to technical development!

What can Speed Training really do to help my team???

Everybody seems to be jumping on the Speed training Bandwagon. Every web page you go to says they have “SOCCER SPECIFIC PROGRAMS”. But when you see them they’re just ladders with someone throwing a ball into it! They may say that they are soccer specific, but we all know they are not. They probably couldn’t even tell you one other famous player beside D. Beckham, and one other club besides Man U.
