What are your development goals as a coach, player or parent?
I always am in the learn mode, I want to learn as much as I can from trainers and coaches alike. Soccer is a lifelong love and my goal is to ensure that every youth or parent that I come into contact with both understands the game and hopefully develops a passion for it the way I do. I will admit that I was reluctant to give up the time for the E License course but once I was there, I did not want to leave. The people that were there share my love of the game. My network grew but more importantly I came away with several new soccer games that teach while having fun and ways to change the tempo of a practice to get the audience refocused on the practice session.
