Hey Tiff!
Wow! Congrats on all of your success! I went to a presentation by Dave Newberry and Tony last night and Tony spoke very highly of you! I am so happy for you and so impressed by all you have accomplished! I sent you an email awhile back (when John Barata told me he knew you - small world, eh?), so not sure if you got it. I'll keep you in mind as I work with towns, clubs, colleges, etc., so, maybe they can use your services. Hope life has been good to you outside of your career successes! Let me know how you have been! Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!
Take care,
Laura

Firstly I would like to say hello, and then ask if you have any advice or could give me help or reading I should do.

Dr, I have recently gone back to coaching Boys after, 5yrs off, Now I learnt all the tricks for motivating and keeping girls focused in these last five years, but 12yr old boys have me stumped as they have these huge attention breaks and focus issues, is there anything you suggest
We have intense practice, and good team disscusions and great team spirit but i want to knock these focus issues on the head before they become too much,

Any help would be appriciated

John Clee-Charlton.
