Kamal de Gregory commented on Tim Horton's blog post What does the USA need to do to beat Brazil in the confederations cup final on Sunday?
"That's an unfair question, because you cannot go back in time 2 years ago to start the process to win tomorrow. In the short term, Tim Howard should trust and risk because he needs to be proactive 15 yards in. He will not be able to get back…"

The "Leg Crunchers" move

Posted on September 18, 2008 at 11:04am 0 Comments

It is a juggling trick that involves the use of a variety of leg positions and areas of the boot.

Of course, to become successful at pulling off leg crunchers, players must be confident and consistent with their juggling. If you do not have control, or a rhythm to your juggle, you will definitely have trouble performing these moves.

To perform leg crunchers, you must begin by juggling the ball. When you are able to juggle the ball at waste height, you can start… Continue

The "Sunbow"

Posted on September 18, 2008 at 11:00am 0 Comments

The Sunbow... Why the sunbow? Because it is the opposite of the Rainbow.

When I say opposite, I mean opposite to where you place your feet. The ball, however, will still be catapulted over your head, but your foot position will show that you can perform this move from a different leg variation—and still get the same result.

So, the objective stays the same, to get the ball from on the… Continue
