Hi Robin,
I was just reading your development goals and thought that I would ask if you have any experience with using different behavioral style profiles with coaches, players and parents. Our family has been developing a business to find a way in to the busy lives of these folks so that we can teach mental game skills. After trying to use an excellent but complicated assessment, we are finding that the model my mom has used for years in her corporate team building business is great for sports as well. Do you have a favorite method for teaching communication skills and self-awareness? I would love to hear what you have to say. This is such a rich topic, one that our sports culture is really ready for. Thanks so much for your good work,
Sean Gaffney
