I need a help can any body tell me did you have an expiriance in forming a national academy of football,how its conect with educational system(did they go regulary in school or the teachers come and teach them in academy inside). How looks one week in that academy how many training sesions per a week,for U15 it will be the first generation.Did they train in Academy and in friday goes to a clubs,or stay and play together in national competition for their ages.See More

Last week i have a chanse too visit Scotland and too see there vision abouth youth football especialy for grassroots.I must too say people are amaisng they have a way vision and in a due time thay will make big progress.Some of their vision we saw on community part on soccerinteractive but the philosophy you must too go there too understand.

- Like a player i was in ex Yugoslavia U16 champion,winner of a cup in Macedonia. Like a coach I produced players(3) for the top National team of Macedonia ,producing players(6) for the youth national teams of Macedonia.
The main occupation is my 5 years old son which he need as much as i can my attention.He alredy is going in football school in Macedonia two times in a week.
